I used to paint the male nude all the time.Β Then I got bored.

So, to bring more energy to my works, I would paint “just enough” to give the viewing experience a sense of mystery. I’m think I’m still there, but I also want to appreciate the male form in all it’s glory.

So, I started with a few sketches and decided that when I did my first nude work in years that it would be one that made a statement.

"Good Intentions Sketch"

I realized while I was painting this work that I was really making a statement. Certainly not the first of it’s kind, but a statement none-the-less.

The colors were becoming richer and more vibrant. The energy of the piece was coming to life and I was once again feeling free to express the male nude as a beautiful vessel.

Excellent paintings. There is definitely a good energy with this painting, and there is still a hint of mystery by using watercolors. This is great .. . as all the others you have done. Glad to see that you are back to painting the full nude.

You’ve so richly, sensitively captured not only the subject, the physicality of the
male form there’s also. Energy and power the leaps out at the viewer. It’s sensational, just gorgeous.

I have liked your work for so long! Always good to see what you are doing next. I wondered if I ordered something if it can be shipped to another address? I am sure it can, I just haven’t ordered anything as of yet.

Awesome nude and yes, the male in all his rushing splendor is a sight to behold. The ultimate creation in the known Universe. From the mud, emerges man with all of his muscles, joints, hair and cock…all wonderful.

This may sound trite and down market but I think there could be a good market for boxed illustrated gay oriented greeting cards…there are lots of gay mecca’s in the U.S. and beyond where gift shops might get a good response. You could create special images or use some of your existing works. Good promotional opportunity as well as sales….
